1. How will my donation help?  What is the money used for?
Grassroots efforts have proven to be very powerful. Every dollar given helps to builds a stronger foundation for our AAFC Aftercare program.

The AAFC’s main focus is to empower families and communities via the Aftercare Program. The program consists of free workshops, seminars and on-line resources offered throughout the year. This is achieved via a concerted effort with agencies, organizations, companies, families and individuals like you. It is a necessary step in building cohesive communities. More importantly it assists in the effort to decrease the number of violent acts, poverty and other negative social ills encountered today.

Approximately 80% of the donations and additional income we receive supports our Aftercare programs. The remaining 20% is reserved for our 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor administrative fees, AAFC administration fees, professional support for outcome measurements and reporting, general, and fundraising costs.
