Become an Aftercare Partner

The AAFC is seeking partners to support the AAFC Aftercare Program project. The AAFC Aftercare Program provides continued information sessions, workshops and resources for participants via participating organizations and programs in various cities. The main goal is to connect participants and practitioners to assist families via free workshops and information sessions.
