Health & Fitness Pavillion

The AAFC Health & Fitness Pavillion provides the following:

Diet, exercise, insurance, health screenings, mental, physical, spiritual & occupational health information and services.

If you are in the medical profession, a physical therapist, nutrionist or medical facility who provides, health care, holistic or on-site health screenings and services as defined above, the AFFC would like you to join this initiative.

The 2009 African American Family Conference will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
