Our focus is to empower families and communities via the AAFC Aftercare Program. This is possible thanks 
to sponsorship funds from the AAFC, donations and memberships. The aftercare program consists of free workshops, seminars and on-line resources offered throughout the year. This is achieved by forming creative partnerships with agencies, organizations, companies, individuals and families as well as your kind donations. It is a necessary component in building cohesive communities.
